UPDATE
Because of your support, Frankie's Friends helped Otter the dog receive the care she needed to save her life. Otter is healing and working hard on walking again by participating in hydrotherapy and here’s a video of her progress!
Her family said: We are so incredibly thankful and humbled by your generosity. Otter is my everything, the sole one who makes me brave. It truly is the other way around - I belong to her.
