Frankie’s Friends helped Mahli receive the life-saving surgey she needed at BluePearl in Waltham MA. This is a note from her family.
“Meet Mahli a young playful Bishon Frise pup she loves to be active and gives lots of kisses.
Unfortunately, Mahli was hit by a car and we were told Mahli did not have a good chance at survival she was badly injured and we should strongly consider euthanizing her, we refused after seeing her with so much life. After refusing to euthanize Mahli a day later she was considered a miracle pup surviving such a tragic accident, but would need emergency hip surgery that would cost thousands for her to walk again.
That’s when we reached out to BluePearl veterinarian Hospital rushed her over. After our consult with Blue Pearl they gave us reassurance.
We are now happy to report that our adored and loved Mahli is doing well after her hip surgery, that would not have been possible if were not for the help of Frankie’s Friends donation and BluePearl vet hospital for their support and love for pets. Mahli has now started to take short walks and giving us lots of kisses and love and vice versa.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Frankie’s Friends and Blue Pearl, I would have never forgiven myself had I given up hope on Mahli. I didn’t and neither did Frankie’s Friends or BluePearl. ”
