“I want to take this time out to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and assistance. I was diagnosed with mental health issues a few years ago and have struggled greatly. I am in therapy twice a month and have been for the last 2 years. Also, there are times where medication is required. Since getting King, he’s been such a gift. Having him to care for, walk, feed, play with has been amazing. He offers something that talk therapy and medication cannot replace and that is love. I love my dog unconditionally. I’m an empty nester as my children are all grown and live outside of my home. King is my pet, my companion, my emotional support animal, my friend. I’m extremely sad without him. I have offered payments to the vet within the next 3 weeks to cover this bill. They refuse to agree. If you were to help my family, it would mean saving my family.
