Frankie’s Friends helped Dutchess receive the lifesaving care she needed at the VSEC hospital in Pennsylvania. This is a note from her family.
“I brought my dog into VSEC fearing that she would die from choking on a piece of an apple and they saved my baby. I was told Dutchess needed a number of things done & I knew I couldn’t afford it, but I am so grateful for the whole entire staff. They helped Dutchess the moment we stepped in the door.
