Frankie’s Friends helped Indy from Brooklyn Park, MN get surgery done on both hips (bi-lateral FHO) on 4/26/19. This is a note from his pet parent.
“My puppy was abandoned and is the sweetest animal I have ever known. He follows me everywhere and is always happy, even with the tremendous pain he is in. I have had some tough times lately and suffer from PTSD from experiencing a childhood trauma. I’m trying to get back on my feet and it means everything to me to be able to make Indy, who has become my best friend, whole again and able to be a puppy the way he should be.
