Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Oliver receive lifesaving perineal urethrostomy surgery for a urinary obstruction. This is a note from Oliver’s family.
“There are not words that I can describe to thank you for saving Oliver’s life. Oliver is a little over 2 years old and he has been my rock through the hard times that I have dealt with over the past several years . Oliver loves me and my two younger children the most because he is most protective of us. He is essentially what I call my little “dog” cat. He walks around and follows us around and waits for us at the door just like a dog would do. He loves to lay on me and he loves to check on us in the middle of the night even if it’s just a little lick on the nose of the forehead He always comes by to make sure that everybody is okay He means the world to me and my two younger daughters even though everyone in the house loves him he is especially dear to my heart as well as my two little girls. I love him more than anything just like all my five children he is my sixth little fur baby and I don’t know what I would do if I ever lost him. I love coming home from work and seeing his little head popping up through the little glass door waiting for me to come in. I love him jumping on the bed the second we get into bed to go to sleep .He always lays with us and always needs to be with us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank you from the bottom of my two little girls hearts because I know that they are most grateful as well. They are very upset every time we have to take him to the vet because they think he’s not going to come home. Thank you again for so graciously helping Oliver survive and giving us hope that there are really great people out there still in this world during times like this. it’s much more noticeable when somebody does something good for someone else. I wish I wasn’t in this position and I’ve always helped others out so I plan to return the favor to another family and I look forward to the day of doing so.”
