Frankie’s Friends Hope Fund helped Oliver receive emergency surgery at the BluePearl hospital in North Seattle for a blockage. This is a note from Oliver’s family.

My husband and I would like to sincerely thank Frankie’s Friends for their generous grant through BluePearl Emergency hospital in North Seattle.

Our beloved exotic shorthair cat, Oliver, would not urinate, and we were told to take him to the hospital to clear his blockage. Blue Pearl had to do surgery on his bladder and urethra and he ended up being there for six days.

We scrambled to try to find money on our credit cards, take what we had out of the bank, and apply for care credit. Still, we were several thousand dollars short. The generous grant that Frankie’s Friend’s gave to Oliver saved his life. We are so grateful for this wonderful organization and all the help that they do for animals in need.

When our financial situation is better, we will definitely donate to Frankie’s friends to help other pets in need.
We have been a member for about five years receiving newsletters in the mail, and are so impressed with the passion that this organization has for pets and their humans in need.

In gratitude,
— Oliver's Family
