Frankie’s Friends Bond’s Fund helped Squirt receive specialty eye surgery. This is a note from Squirt’s family.
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart. What it would mean to save his eyesight is beyond what words could describe. I only want his health and happiness and chance for him start a happier life. He still has so much life left to live and to have his eyes to see all the wonderful things we see would be the greatest gift of all. For me, animals are what make this life beautiful and this little guy has given us so much joy and has absolutely brought light and laughter into our lives. To know that we have a way to save him from a much harder reality and life and keeping him from having to live life the dark, brings me more happiness than anything in this world. There is nothing I want more for this little guy. Just to be happy. To have a chance to thrive and enjoy his life. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so generous and making things like this a reality and possibility. I truly appreciate it and you for helping us keep this little pup happy and healthy. Your kindness will be felt in every moment and in every smile on Squirt’s face. I hope to one day be able to pay it forward and do something like this for someone else.
