Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped service dog Rocco receive the surgery he needed to remove a tumor. This is a note from Rocco’s family.

Rocco and family are wishing you a belated Happy Halloween! It's been 9wks since his surgery and he's doing great. He will soon be a very perky 13yrs old soon! Enclosed is a pic of Rocco in his costume. The title....Behold The King of course! Thanks again.

We are crazy about each other and I can’t imagine anything worse than having to watch your precious buddy suffer and slowly die just because you are unable to pay the money the vets charge for their services.
