12 years ago on my way home from work I came across this tiny stray dog. She was just the sweetest thing and she looked like she had been wandering for a while so I took her home and the next day to a vet to see if we could find her owners. It turns out they dumped her. I took her in but later came to discover she was pregnant. We helped her give birth to six babies. My Sammy was one of those babies. He took his very first breath in my wife’s hand and from that moment we were his. Over the years he has become like our own child. He is our best friend. he is there with a kiss and a tail wag no matter how hard things have ever gotten. and what is killing me is knowing that all that stands between more time with my baby boy is money. Covid -19 closures cost us our jobs and we are struggling but knowing that this treatment could add more years to my Sammys life we will do anything. We would give anything. And with your generosity we could make this happen. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul for saving my furry son and giving him a second chance at a longer happy life.
