Frankie’s Friends Bond’s Fund helped Harley receive life changing entropion surgery to correct her eyelids from continuing to roll inwards. This is a note from Harley’s family.
“Last year, we decided to open our hearts to Harley. She was a rescue from a high kill shelter in Alabama. We got her through Save A Life pet rescue. This was right before we ever knew just how much covid-19 would affect our lives. Words cannot express how grateful I am. Harley has spent almost her entire first year of life suffering. It means the world to me to be able to see her live a happy and furfilling life with us without the suffering her eyes have caused her. She can now fully focus on being a dog instead of consistantly scratching her eyes and living a life in distress. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the compassion that has been shown to my fur baby, Harley. When I am able, I will ensure I pay it forward in any way that I can!”
