Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Kingsley receive emergency surgery for a fractured leg after he was attacked by another dog. This is a note from Kingsley’s family.
“My name is Michael and my fur baby is Kingsley. He was recently attacked by an adult dog from the neighbor across the hall. They did not have their dog on a leash. His leg was fractured during the attack. I am so hurt and saddened by this, that I have been crying all night. We are not in position to pay for this surgery. We have rent to pay and this was not in the plans. This means the world for my fur baby to receive his surgery. He was not himself, he couldn’t run, he was very sad. It hurt my heart to see him like this. I am supposed to be his protector and I feel I let him down. I am over joyed to have this surgery that you helped out with. ”
