Frankie’s Friends Hope Fund helped Agie Roo receive lifesaving surgery at BluePearl in Eden Prairie MN after she sustained injuries from an accident. This is a note from Agie Roo’s family.
“Please meet Agie Roo,
Agie Roo was named by our daughter Harlyn (4) and son Lyamn (2). Agie was in an accident Tuesday night. We quickly brought her to our local vet and they referred us to BluePearl in Eden Prairie; 5 hours from home. We packed up our two kids and our fur baby and made the trip. We stayed 5 days away from home and Agie went through extensive surgery. We spent the first 48 hours of her care scrambling finances to cover the costs of her emergency and specialist care. We had nearly all covered but still came up short, then BluePearl mentioned Frankie’s Friends and we are so thankful. If it wasn’t for the kindness and compassion shown through Frankie’s Friends this “adventure” as our daughter calls it, just wouldn’t be in our life cards. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made the difference in our kiddos getting to bring home their beloved Agie Roo.”
