Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Abbie receive emergency surgery for a torn ligament. This is a note from Abbie’s family.
UPDATE
I wanted to send you a quick email to thank you and the foundation again for helping us and especially Abbie out. She is recovering nicely and we've begun to take short 5 minute walks. Every day is getting better and before we know it she'll be back to her old self. I've attached two pics of her, although she doesn't look very happy she was out enjoying the cooler weather that has finally come to AZ.

Our other option is amputation and that is a hard thing. She’s the sweetest and we just adore her. Thank you very much.”
