Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Athena receive emergency cruciate repair surgery. This is a note from her family.
“This grant means the entire world to me and my Athena baby. She has been really struggling to be a dog these past couple of months due to her leg so the fact that she will be able to be a dog again is something I could never ever begin to thank you guys enough for ! I just want her to be able to go to to the dog park and play and go for long walks and hikes like we used to and I know with your help I will be able to make it happen ! If Athena could she would personally thank everyone of you guys as well with a big old kiss or a hug ! I hate seeing her in pain and she’s so young and has so much life to live so the last thing I want is for her to suffer any longer than she has to. Thank you guys so much for all you guys do for all pet owners - not just me !”
