Frankie’s Friends Hope Fund helped Nike receive lifesaving surgery for foreign body obstruction at BluePearl in Franklin TN. This is a note from Nike’s family.
“We are so very thankful for Frankie’s Friends - our dog Nike would not be here without this incredible organization! We brought our dog to the animal ER after our vet discovered he needed emergency surgery. When we got the estimate for how much the surgery would cost, I just started crying - I knew we did not have enough money to cover the costs, and I had no idea what to tell my two little boys who love their dog dearly. As a family, we had just encountered a very tough financial season and we literally had no other options for financing the cost of care. Thankfully, the vet told us about Frankie’s Friends, and with their help, we were able to complete all necessary procedures, save our dog’s life, and bring home to our family! Nike is recovering like a champion, and we look forward to many more wonderful years with our beloved pup!
