Frankie’s Friends Hope Fund helped Beemer receive emergency care at BluePearl in Christiana-Newark after a dog attack. This is an update from Beemer’s family.
“I want to thank the foundation for helping me with Beemer’s care. I adopted Beemer in January 2022. Beemer is such a good dog that everyone fell in love with him right away. One day I got a call at work from my mother telling me a big dog had attacked Beemer, I left work and took him to BluePearl Vet Hospital. They told me the cost to give Beemer the care he needed; we tried to get the other dog’s owner to pay but he refused. I’m a single mom of two and thanks to Frankie’s Friends we were able to bring Beemer back home. The kids love him, and he is now getting back to being the happy playful dog he was before getting attacked.”
