Frankie’s Friends helped Elmer receive emergency FHO surgery for a shattered femoral head. This is a note from Elmer’s family.

I would like to thank Frankie’s Friends National Fund for helping me pay for my big boy’s surgery. This means the world to me. He deserves to be rescued again. Elmer came at the start of Covid. He was rescued from my daughters bedroom wall. I measure 24 inches down from the opening of the attic. He cried for about 20 hours before we realized that mama cat lost or abandoned him. His face was full of drywall dust and he wasn’t crying anymore. He was looking around. He has been a blessing ever since enjoying the life of an indoor baby only.
