Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Precious receive emergency surgery for an enucleation. This is a note from Precious’ family.
“Thank you so much for helping me help Precious. She is so sweet and funny. One fun fact about Precious is she has this extremely loud meow that sound like a baby crying. I wish I could upload the video of her doing that. The vet thinks she may be deaf in the ear where her eye is infected and that’s why she’s so loud. She can’t really hear herself. This surgery will help her live a more comfortable life with less anxiety having to give her eye ointment. Less pain. There will be no more leakage and crust from her eye which is now in both eyes because the bad eye is infecting the good eye. I am already paying it forward by donating my time and gas at local shelters. I volunteer at the Suncoast SPCA in Englewood FL. I have adopted also. We appreciate it so much more than I can describe here. Thank you!!!!!”
