Frankie’s Friends Vet Care for Rescues Grant Program helped Torque receive emergency surgery for a severely broken and infected leg resulting from an injury. This is a note from his rescue.
“Torque was found in a good Samaritan’s engine with severe injuries, more than likely from being caught up in the motor. With the weather recently here in Florida, it’s not uncommon for kittens to hide under car hoods. His leg is severely broken and infected, but if we can get it removed surgically as soon as possible, he will have an amazing chance of a tripod life. We will get him right into foster care once discharged so he may recover in comfort and then find him a home that will love him forever.”
