Frankie’s Friends helped Luke receive emergency FHO surgery for a hip dislocation. This is a note from Luke’s family.
“Thank you for taking the time to help my family and I with this unforeseen circumstance. Luke is a 7 years old yorkie and a cherished pet within the family and it broke our hearts to realize he had been in pain. That last thing that anyone would want is to have Luke continue to struggle. Working full time while taking care of 4 children keeps me on a strict budget and this situation has really place our finances in a bind.
