Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Patchiz receive emergency surgery for a torn ligament. This is a note from his family.

Words could not come close to be able to convey the amount of gratitude I feel, being able to see my boy romp around again, and be able to use his leg again, and not seem like he’s in pain. To be able to take him on walks again, and go up the stairs without needing to be carried, cause walks are his favorite part of the day. My dogs are my world and when they are hurting or uncomfortable, I am as well. I feel my words would barely be able to breach the surface of the depths of my gratitude. I just want to give my dogs the best because they deserve the best because they are so pure. He has so much life and love to give but his leg limits him significantly to the point of debilitation. I just want him to have a full and happy life, and I want him to be able to play with his brother again, without worrying he may exacerbate his injury or acquire a new one from compensating or not being able to use his leg. I am forever thankful and grateful to you organization.
