Frankie’s Friends helped Apollo receive emergency care for a urethral obstruction at Central Texas Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital in Austin, TX.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am not someone to reach out for help, but I found myself feeling helpless at the emergency vet’s office. This assistance means everything to me and Apollo’s brother. I adopted two cats from the same litter and they have never spent a day apart, aside from the procedure and stay at the hospital Apollo just had. They love each other so much, and I love them endlessly. A lot of people think cats are heartless, but my boys destroy that narrative. They comfort and cuddle me when I’m sad and they are the longest relationship in my life besides my family. People come and go but my cats are my everything, at the end of the worst day I can come home to them and they welcome me with meows and zoomies and millions of biscuits. It was horrible to see how busy the emergency vet’s office was, and to realize how many people were feeling exactly how I felt, just devastated. I know I will find myself donating back to this charity. Filling out this form brought me so much peace and calm, just to know that people are willing to help is such a breather. I would spend every cent of money to protect my babies, I appreciate that others donate to those who can’t immediately provide funds for their fur babies and everything that everyone does to keep this running. Thank you. I am eternally grateful for the help granted. Thank you for creating a fund for emergencies like this.
