In Loving Memory of Arwen
“Arwen was born and adopted in California, before making moves with her family to Ohio, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and finally to Seattle. From her early days as a kitten she loved food, most especially crunchy treats, catnip, tuna flavored everything, and on rare occasions leftover butter and parmesan cheese from a plate of pasta. Arwen also enjoyed cheek rubs, snuggling with her humans (when she was in the mood), and napping in cozy sunny spots (especially on her favorite purple blankie). She was an extremely smart and resilient girl, who battled numerous serious medical emergencies to live a long and happy life, passing away a month shy of 19 years old. She is deeply loved by her humans; Christina Brown, Steven Young, and Haley Hansen-Young, as well as her two fellow kitties, Olive and Cooper. We miss Arwen so much but are immensely grateful to have had such a wonderful, smart, and sweet cat for such a long time.”
