Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Onyx receive the life-changing surgery he needed to get a plate and rod replaced for a broken limb. This is a note from his family.
“This perfect Shih Tzu mixed with Yorkie by the name of Onyx White is a loving, two-year-old, family member who brings joy to my household. Onyx suffered in a broken left front limb due to a fall down the stairs. He has been in a cast for 4 weeks and the bones are not healing, and he will need to have Orthopedic Surgery to have a plate and rod placed. I am a single mother with financial issues at this time. It hurts to see my puppy like this, knowing how playful he is but now must be on cage rest. Thank you for helping me repair my puppy’s leg so he can run and play like he used to do.”
