Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Dior, a four month old puppy, with emergency surgery to repair a broken elbow when she fell down some stairs. This is a note from Dior’s family.

The doctors say that a splint cannot repair this and without treatment she will be in pain in the future, and it hurts me to even think about that.
