Frankie’s Friends helped Carter receive osteotomy surgery for a luxated left hip, fractured femur, and fractured pubic bone. This is a note from Carter’s family.
“Carter has been a part of my family for years. He’s been with me since he was a baby. I hate having to see him suffer in pain, he’s such a playful loving cat and with his hip and pelvis being hurt he cannot do much. People who make donations are angels sent from heaven. Not everyone can afford expensive vet bills and it’s good that there’s people out there willing to help another in need.
