Frankie’s Friends Hope Fund helped Willie receive treatment at BluePearl in Midtown, NY for ultrasound guided ethanol ablation performed for hyperparathyroidism. This is a note from Willie’s family.

Willie’s procedure was a success! Willie is doing so much better! He is livelier and always hungry like he had been in the past. He is a sweet, gentle dog and loves to make sure that I am okay at all times. I rescued him from the Animal Care and Control in October of 2014. He was badly bruised and his hair was matted. It was love at first sight! His full name is Willie Angel Johnson. Frankie’s Friends made it possible for Willie to have the treats he needed. The disease was progressive so he would have just gotten sicker and sicker. He will be just fine now. I can’t thank you enough for helping to save Willie! He is the love of my life! As soon as I have the funds I will donate to helping save another pet in need. Thank you so much once again!
