Frankie’s Friends National Fund helped Killian receive emergency perineal urethrostomy surgery for a urinary blockage. This is a note from Killian’s family.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. My animals mean everything to me, and it broke my heart to struggle with figuring out how I was going to pay for the treatment Killian needed to correct the repeated urinary obstructions threatening his life. Killian has been with my daughter and I for eight years, since he was a kitten who couldn’t seem to stay out of trouble. He was missing half his tail and had a broken leg, and when I brought him home for treatment, we fell completely in love. He is the sweetest, most loving, friendly kitty, and he deserves to live the best life. After so recently losing our dog, Dexter, to cancer, I was distraught to find ourselves in the position of possibly losing Killian too. Frankie’s Friends gave us the most incredible gift we could ever ask for: the ability to provide Killian the best possible life we can.
