Frankie’s Friends Hope Fund helped Harley Quinn receive the emergency surgery she needed to remove a foreign body at BluePearl in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a note from Harley’s family.
“Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. My family cannot thank you enough for the kindness you’ve shown my family and our baby girl Harley Quinn. She is a 7month old Great Dane that is full of energy, when we saw her laying down seemingly lifeless, our hearts sank. She wouldn’t even raise her head up to look at us for a while. She was miserable feeling. In turn our family was miserable for her. We immediately rushed her into the animal hospital where she would just lean on us for comfort, and lay on the ground for long periods of time. Shaking, and so uncomfortable feeling. Unbeknownst to us, we found out that she had swallowed something and couldn’t digest it. It was causing her extreme discomfort and pain. With your help, our baby girl Harley Quinn was given a second chance to be a puppy. We are forever grateful.”
